At DonyaDiscount, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued for offer purchases made through our platform.

1. Refund Eligibility

1.1 Unredeemed Offers: Refunds are only available for offers that have not been redeemed. Once an offer is scanned and redeemed by the business, it cannot be refunded.

1.2 Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

1.3 Expired Offers: Offers that have expired are not eligible for refunds unless there were exceptional circumstances preventing redemption.

2. Valid Reasons for Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Business Closure: The business has permanently closed before offer expiration
  • Service Unavailability: The advertised service or product is no longer available
  • Misleading Information: The offer description was significantly inaccurate or misleading
  • Technical Error: A system error resulted in duplicate charges or incorrect pricing
  • Business Refusal: The business refuses to honor a valid, unexpired offer
  • Change of Mind: Customer requests refund within 24 hours of purchase (offer unused)

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The offer has been redeemed (partially or fully)
  • Customer changed their mind after 24 hours
  • Customer failed to read the offer terms and conditions
  • Customer was unable to book an appointment (must contact business)
  • Customer simply forgot to use the offer before expiration
  • Dissatisfaction with service quality (contact business directly first)

4. How to Request a Refund

4.1 Submit Request: Log into your account and navigate to your order history. Order History Click on the specific order and select "Request Refund".

4.2 Provide Details: Clearly explain the reason for your refund request and provide any supporting documentation.

4.3 Review Process: Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.

5. Refund Method and Processing Time

5.1 Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5.2 Processing Time:

  • Approval: 2-3 business days for review
  • Processing: 5-7 business days for refund to appear
  • Bank Processing: May take additional 3-5 days depending on your financial institution

5.3 Refund Amount: Full purchase amount will be refunded. Payment processing fees are non-refundable except in cases of technical errors.

6. Partial Refunds

6.1 Multi-Use Offers: If you purchased a multi-use offer and used it partially, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for unused portions.

6.2 Bundle Offers: For bundled offers where multiple offers were purchased together, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

7. Disputes with Businesses

7.1 Direct Contact: For service quality issues, please contact the business directly first to resolve the matter.

7.2 Platform Mediation: If you cannot resolve the issue with the business, contact DonyaDiscount support. We will mediate between you and the business.

7.3 Resolution Options: Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • Full refund
  • Partial refund
  • Store credit
  • Replacement offer from the same business

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

8.1 Contact Us First: Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, please contact DonyaDiscount support to resolve the issue.

8.2 Chargeback Impact: Initiating a chargeback may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.

8.3 Fraudulent Chargebacks: Unjustified chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.

9. Cancelled or Modified Offers

9.1 Business Cancellation: If a business cancels an offer after you've purchased an offer, you will receive an automatic full refund.

9.2 Significant Modifications: If an offer is significantly modified by the business, you may request a refund if the changes materially affect the value or terms.

9.3 Notification: We will notify affected customers via email of any cancellations or significant modifications.

10. Gift Offers

10.1 Gift Refunds: If you gifted an offer to someone else, only the original purchaser can request a refund.

10.2 Gift Recipient: Gift recipients cannot request refunds directly; they must contact the original purchaser.

10.3 Unredeemed Gifts: Same refund policies apply to gift offers as regular purchases.

11. Store Credit Option

11.1 Alternative to Refund: In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative to a cash refund.

11.2 Credit Terms: Store credits:

  • Equal to 110% of the offer value
  • Can be used for any purchase on the platform
  • Valid for 12 months from issue date
  • Non-transferable
