DonyaDiscount is a platform that connects customers with local businesses offering discounted services and products through digital offers.
3.1 Registration: You must create an account to purchase offers. You agree to provide accurate, current information.
3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.3 Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4.1 Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your complete payment card information.
4.2 Pricing: All prices are displayed in CAD (Canadian Dollars) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
4.3 Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation with your offer(s) upon successful payment.
4.4 Platform Fee: A service fee may be added to your purchase to cover platform operations.
5.1 Validity Period: Each offer has an expiration date specified on the offer. Expired offers cannot be redeemed.
5.2 QR Code: Offers are redeemed by presenting the QR code to the business. Each QR code can only be used once.
5.3 Business Policies: Additional terms may apply from the business (e.g., appointment required, specific hours). Check the offer details.
5.4 Non-Transferable: Offers are linked to your account and cannot be transferred to another user.
5.5 Lost Offers: Access your offers anytime through your account dashboard.
6.1 Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only available for unused offers within 24 hours of purchase, or if the business ceases operations before redemption.

6.3 Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

All content on the platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of DonyaDiscount or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
9.1 Platform as Intermediary: DonyaDiscount acts as an intermediary between customers and businesses. We are not responsible for the quality of goods or services provided by businesses.
9.2 No Warranties: The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9.3 Limitation: Our total liability for any claims related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the offer in question.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Quebec. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec.
